Oleum Fenugreek oil is POSSIBLY SAFE when it is applied to the skin. It has been used safely in children and infants in the short-term. However, it is not advised for prolonged use.

• Combine ¼ cup of Oleum coconut oil, ¼ cup of castile soap, 20 drops of Oleum Fenugreek oil, and 10 drops of Oleum mint oil in an old shampoo bottle or jar. Shake well to mix, and before each use. Use about a teaspoon every time you shampoo.

 

• Combine ½ cup Oleum almond oil, ¼ cup Oleum coconut oil and ¼ cup beeswax in a double boiler or a glass bowl on top. As the water heats, the ingredients will start to melt. Stir occasionally as they melt to incorporate. When all ingredients are completely melted, add 1 teaspoon of Oleum vitamin E oil and 1 teaspoon of Oleum Fenugreek oil. Pour the mixture into a glass jar, and use it regularly

• Place 1 cup of Oleum coconut oil in a bowl, add 5-10 drops of Oleum Fenugreek oil. Then blend well until a frothy creamy texture is developed. Store the mixture in a glass or plastic container and use daily.

• Blend 1 teaspoon of Oleum Fenugreek oil, with 1 cup of Oleum coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of Oleum olive oil until a creamy mixture develops. Apply this cream daily before bedtime and leave it overnight.
